This new, modern fully self-contained house is set in a sunny native bush setting on Stewart Island, New Zealand, with great views of Halfmoon Bay and Foveaux Strait.

The building has one deck with three bedrooms and the living areas upstairs, and three bedrooms and one deck down stairs. The house was completed in January 2006 and is double glazed, fully insulated and centrally heated. From this tranquil private setting it is a short 5 minute walk to the wharf and other facilities and services.
